Kronplatz Puster Valley Ski Mountain
In the winter the call of the mountains is ever-present and permeates
life up here. The Kronplatz mountain, with its 2,275 meters high
summit and its beloved bald head, is visible from every vantage
point in the valley. It may not be the most beautiful mountain in
the world, nor the highest, nor the most striking, but it is a sturdy
specimen and an ideal skiing mountain with three sides to conquer.
Give your car a rest. The ski bus schedule will be further expanded.
With the new environmentally-friendly buses and even more customer-friendly
schedules you can easily do without a car. |

Christmas Market in Bruneck
bright lights, the scent of pines, tempting treats and atmospheric
concerts.
Every day people flock
to the traditional market huts, whose roofs are decorated with spruces,
angels, Christmas baubles and lights, and savour a Christmas delicacy
or two. The streets, which are filled with the aromas of cinnamon,
vanilla and mulled wine, invite you to enjoy a stroll and take in
the scene.
This isn’t just a place to buy and sell though; handicrafts
and regional traditions take centre stage at the Christmas market.
For this reason, there are also demonstrations of how traditional
South Tyrolean products are made.
There is a huge variety of traditional Christmas goods and gift
ideas, making a trip to the market a wonderful seasonal shopping

In Kiens we prepare about 25 km of double-tracked trails, which
can be used for free by our cross-country skiers.
Every Wednesday (07.01.2009 to 18.03.2009) you
have the possibility to be guided to wonderful cross-country ski
loops. |
